DAILY DOG WALKING - $18 to $20 per midday dog walk in West Asheville.
VACATION / TRAVEL CARE – $18 to $25 per visit. Rate is based on
distance to pet sit, number of animals in household, and time required to provide the best care to each individual household.

HOLIDAYS: A 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s reservations in order to hold your dates. Be sure to call as early as possible. AT YOUR BARK AND CALL will not overbook and compromise the care of your companions, therefore holiday requests fill up fast.
An additional $5 will be added to visits on the following holidays:
Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, Easter, Labor Day, Memorial Day, and Fourth of July.

PAYMENT FOR NEW CLIENTS: Full payment is due when the contract is
signed at the initial consultation. Any additional fees incurred will
be due within five days of your return. Two copies of your key(s) will
be required at our initial meeting.
PAYMENT FOR REPEAT CLIENTS: Full payment is to be left to be picked up
on the first visit except during holiday times* (see above) when the
balance will be due. Any additional fees incurred will be due within
five days of your return.

LAST MINUTE NEW CLIENTS: New clients who call with less than 4 days
notice will pay an initial consult fee equal to one pet sit.
CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a $25.00 cancellation fee if regular
services are cancelled with less than 4 days notice.
RETURNED CHECKS: There will be a $20.00 handling charge, in addition to
any charges presented by the bank, for checks returned for any reason.
